I wrote this song after seeing a TED Talk about the importance of play--even for adults--and realizing how much better I feel if I take a little time to do things I love--especially playing music.

I leapt from a cliff into the sea
swam beneath
and joined dolphins
We swam along the coast and played
water games and sang shanties

Imagine endless open space
No time or money
A world of forts, toys and dreams

So I smash my desk and run away
